DM3 Box are not responsible for damage due to poor packaging
DM3 Box are not responsible for items lost in post.
All goods shipped by DM3 Box will be sent by Royal Mail special delivery, it is your responsibility to arrange with Royal Mail an alternative delivery if you are not home to accept your package.
DM3 Box are not responsible for returning goods where we have no return address / contact details
DM3 Box will not release goods until cleared funds have been received.
Mail Order Terms And Conditions
1. We will expect from you to send your phone with next day special delivery or at least Recorded Delivery by Royal Mail. You should make sure the package is insured to the correct value of your phone. You should keep the receipt as proof of sending in case your package is lost during transit. 2. You have to make sure your phone is packed well, so no physical damage can happen during transport. The phone has to be secured, not allowing movement and not showing what the package contains 3. You have to make sure the sim card is not in the phone before sending it to us. If you accidentally leave your sim card, we can not guarantee that will be returned to you. Phone Content
1. You will have to make sure that all your Contacts, Logos, Ring-tones, Pictures, Videos and Software are properly backed up before sending the phone to us. We can not guarantee that after unlock this data will stay intact. We may have to re-flash your phone, update it's software or reset it to factory default state. It is your responsibility to back up all user data before sending the phone to us. Shipping The Phone Back To You
1. We will ship the phone to the provided address in My Account. You will have to make sure you supply the correct information. 2. We will send the phone back to you using next day special delivery service by Royal Mail. The price of the return delivery is included in the total price you pay for the service. VAT of 17.5% is included in the price as well. If you require a VAT invoice, please use the Contact Us form on our website to arrange it.
How Does It Works
You will have to physically send the handset to us, so we can unlock it and send back to you.No opening of the phone casing, soldering or modification of internal components will be performed. Before You Order
Please make sure you select correct model and enter your IMEI. You can find the IMEI number printed on the back label under your battery, or alternatively get it on your phone screen by typing: *#06#. It is important to provide correct details so your order can be processed successfully without delays. When you enter those details you can add the product to your shopping basket and go to the Checkout Page. Please Note: If your phone unlock counter has reached it's maximum you will have to purchase BB5 RPL file to restore the phone simlock status to factory defaults before
sending the phone to us. After You Place Your Order
After payment, you will receive order notification plus e-mail containing your special order reference and shipping details. Please send the phone with next day special delivery. Please include your return address and order reference. Once we receive the phone we will unlock it and send back to you with next day special delivery. You will receive e-mail notification confirming receiving and dispatch of your phone back to you.
