Q. Why do I need to post my phone to you?
A. We do not supply unlock codes and need to connect your phone to specialist equipment to provide a permanent unlock

Q. What do I need to send?
A. Just the handset, we do not require the battery, battery cover, sim card or charger

Q. What is an IMEI No?
A. The unique identification No of a phone.

Q. Where do I send my phone to?
A. Our address is Unlock@DM3 Box, Unit 14-15, Park Hall Business Village, Park Hall, Stoke on Trent. Staffordshire ST3 5XA

Q. When will my phone be returned?
A. We work Monday – Friday and will unlock your phone and return it within 48hours of receipt

Q. How much is postage?
A. Postage is included in the price of the unlock

Q. Which networks can you unlock?
A. We can unlock all networks

Q. Can I bring my phone in person?
A. Yes but this is not a ‘while you wait’ service. You can leave your phone with us and collect it when ready or we can post it back to you

Q. Do you unlock other manufacturers’ phones or just Nokia?
A. We can provide an unlocking service on Blackberry, LG and Samsung Handsets too. Please check to make sure your phone is listed before you post it.

Q. I have tried to unlock my phone with codes which have not worked, can you still unlock it?
A. Yes we can.

Q. How do I pay?
A. We take Paypal payments, credit or debit cards. Please provide a contact telephone No if you wish to pay be card. We will unlock your handset before we take payment. We only return handsets once payment has been received.
